Resident engineer to provide inhouse services for hardware/software trouble shooting and network connectivity Responsibilities to provide support in resolving hardware/software issues in laptops/desktops/printers/network. to maintain records of the systems, resolving the user queries and co ordinating with the senior staff for resolutions. to handle the technical issues in laptops/network, user configurations and software installations as and when required. reporting to the designated staff about the issue and take feedback to resolve the same . maintaining systems inventories periodically and share the same with concerned regularly. responsible to make systems operate at best to have smooth working environment for the users Qualifications Diploma/degree in computer hardware and networking from any reputed institutes/colleges. basic core knowledge on hardware components and software installations. good english communication skills.
