Experience - 5 - 8 years Location - Bengaluru/Hyderabad Responsibilities - Develop integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask). - Manage API connections and secure data flows using API management frameworks like Kong. - Implement secrets management using tools like HashiCorp Vault. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and effectively. - Document integration processes and provide guidance to internal teams. Qualifications - Expertise in API design and frameworks (REST, GraphQL). - Experience with secrets management tools (HashiCorp Vault). - Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of ITSM platforms and ecosystems.
