This role requires deep expertise in digital lending, AI/ML-based credit assessment, regulatory compliance, and product-led growth strategies . The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, roadmap execution, and customer adoption while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for our lending SaaS offerings.
• Drive innovation in AI-driven underwriting, loan origination, credit assessment, BNPL, embedded lending, and risk analytics .
• Ensure products comply with RBI guidelines, credit risk norms, and global lending regulations .
• Collaborate with C-suite, sales, engineering, data science, and compliance to align product goals with business objectives.

Customer-Centric Product Development

• Engage with banks, NBFCs, digital lenders, and fintech partners to understand market needs and pain points.
• Build a best-in-class Loan Management System (LMS), Credit Decisioning Engine, and Digital Lending Platform .
• Leverage AI, machine learning, and alternative credit scoring to enhance lending efficiency and risk assessment.
• Prioritize scalability, security, and API-first architecture to support integrations with financial ecosystems.

Execution & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Define product pricing, packaging, and positioning to maximize adoption and revenue growth.
• Drive product adoption through UX/UI improvements, self-serve onboarding, and data-driven decision-making .
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling narratives, case studies, and thought leadership content .

Data & AI-Driven Decision Making

• Implement AI-powered insights, automated credit scoring, fraud detection, and predictive analytics .
• Optimize loan origination workflows, credit risk assessment models, and collections automation .
• Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, NPL reduction, and time-to-loan approval to drive continuous improvement.

Team Building & Mentorship

• Build and lead a high-performing product team consisting of PMs, UX designers, and data analysts.
• Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration .

Qualifications & Skills: ✅ 15+ years of experience in product management , preferably in fintech, lending SaaS, or financial services. ✅ Strong domain expertise in digital lending, loan origination, underwriting models, and credit risk . ✅ Experience in AI/ML-driven credit assessment, embedded finance, and open banking APIs . ✅ Deep understanding of regulations, KYC/AML, credit bureau integrations, and lending compliance . ✅ Proven track record of building scalable SaaS platforms with B2B enterprise adoption . ✅ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Experience working with engineering, data science, and GTM teams in an agile environment. ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with neo-banks, NBFCs, or large financial institutions .
• Exposure to AI-powered risk modeling and alternative credit scoring .
• Familiarity with loan servicing, collections automation, and BNPL products .
