Job Title: Marketing - Senior Executive Location: Vikhroli East, On-site, Monday to Friday Experience: 2-5 years Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Home/Hybrid Not Allowed as per company policy) Salary: INR 500,000/- to INR 700,000/- (Negotiable as per your previous salary) Industry: Logistics and Supply Chain About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive both online and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign management, content creation, social media strategy, SEO, paid ads, lead generation, and event coordination. This role requires a strategic mindset, creativity, and execution skills to enhance brand presence and generate high-quality leads. We’re hiring a Marketing Senior Executive to drive impactful campaigns and elevate our brand presence. Online Marketing:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and impactful content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. Track engagement, analyze insights, and optimize ad performance.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Collaborate with the digital team to improve search rankings, website traffic, and PPC campaign efficiency.
  • Ad Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement online strategies to capture and nurture leads through inbound marketing, landing pages, and CRM tools.
Offline Marketing & Events:
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Exhibition & Event Coordination: Plan and manage brand presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Handle booth setup, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
  • Print & Outdoor Media: Work with agencies for offline advertising, including newspapers, billboards, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Vendor Management: Coordinate with designers, PR teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing collateral and activations.
Bonus Skills: Experience with CRM tools like Zoho One. A mindset open to learning and adapting to new online and offline marketing trends. Requirements: · 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on both digital and offline marketing . · Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM tools, and social media platforms . · Strong copywriting skills and experience in content marketing. · Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track KPIs, and analyze marketing data. · Experience in event planning, trade shows, or brand activations is a plus. · Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills. · Preferable from Logistics Company Background.
