Tech Lead - Decentralized Prediction Marketplace (Blockchain)
Job details

Location: Remote | Yolft We’re Building: A decentralized prediction marketplace (think NASDAQ meets Web3). Break the monopoly, let the crowd trade instincts/research. We have registered domain a few days ago so just getting started with the idea. Your Mission: Architect and scale a Polymarket-inspired platform (think: Solidity, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) with a twist—democratized, lightning-fast, and stupidly user-friendly . You’ll Own:
- End-to-end dev of smart contracts, decentralized oracle integrations, and frontend.
- Building a censorship-resistant prediction engine (think: Chainlink, The Graph).
- Leading a lean, mean squad of blockchain devs.
- Security-first design (audits, bug bounties, you name it).
- Years in full-stack dev, few+ in blockchain (DeFi/prediction markets = ) or hunger to build.
- Fluency in Solidity, React/TypeScript, Node.js, and Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum).
- Obsession with UX—make Yolft feel as easy as TikTok.
- Battle scars from shipping scalable dApps.
- You can be either Richard, Dinesh or Gilfoyle. If you are mix of all then you are the guy/girl.
- Tokenomics chops.
- Love for prediction markets (Polymarket, Augur, etc.).
- A GitHub that looks like a Marvel movie.
- Shape the future of decentralized finance.
- Equity/tokens (you’re building the house, you own a piece).
- Zero corporate BS—just build.
- We do not care if you have graduated formally or a dropout. Does not matter what college you went or are going.
- Others in the organisation understand finance and need a tech hand.
- Think of it what Deepseek did both on tech and cost.
- We will make you the co-founder if things go well.
- If you are not passionate on building and just wish to discuss money. Don't bother to discuss.
