Role Description This is a contract remote role for US Client (Support US hours) for a SAP Sales (SD-SLS) with advanced returns management. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with business processes, analytical skills, consulting, SAP FICO, and master data management within SAP software. Qualifications
- Min 15 years of SAP SD-SLS Design, configuration, implementation, and migration in S/4 HANA Environment.
- Hand-on experience in Advanced Returns Management, Warranty, and Service Management in SAP S/4.
- Hands-on configuration, design, and troubleshooting in the Returns process, complaints processing, Standard Warranty, Extended Warranty, Claims management, In-house service, Third-party Services, replacement of parts/products, etc.
- Strong knowledge of integration with third-party shipping.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certification in SAP modules
- Excellent written and communication skills.
