What You'll Do: At Social Sherpa, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting immersive and intuitive user experiences for our cutting-edge projects. From wireframing and prototyping to pixel-perfect design execution, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and leave your mark on every project. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design visually stunning interfaces for mobile and web applications that set new standards in usability and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.
• Contribute your ideas and insights to shape company policies and project strategies.

• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
• 2 years of relevant experience (We can let this slide if your work is ridiculously good)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
