Key responsibilities In charge of the Global P&L. Develop global strategies, drive growth and profitability in SEA, Middle East and America markets. Work closely with CEO and COO, identify new business opportunities, lead the business unit to fulfill financial targets. Key requirements Proven track record in managing P&L of a business in online entertainment/ B2C digital product/ gaming/ gamefi/ web3/events industry at the global or regional market level. Strategic mindset, well familiar with B2C and B2B2C business model Solid leadership, strong internal and external senior stakeholder management ability Able to use both English and Mandarin for work, due to needs of multiple market penetration.
