HR Transformation, Vice President / Director This major bank is committed to building employee and customer experience through continued investment on HR transformation journey. It is now hiring a dynamic HR Transformation, Vice President / Director. Responsibilities Reporting to Group Head of HR Transformation, you will drive the HR transformation agenda. Define HR ambition, roadmap, target operating model, prioritise HR initiatives, structure them into programs for execution, and drive towards successful delivery. Conduct research and analysis to curate innovative and pragmatic solutions. Communicate, influence and assist the HR group in adopting the new HR operating model and platforms. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across entities and regions to deliver program outcomes. Requirements Degree qualified, with experience in HR strategy, transformation, employee experience, operating model, organisation design, digital HR, change management, and project management. Familiarity with HR Cloud Technology solutions and applications is preferred. Experience in driving and delivering strategy and HR Transformation programs in a large organisation using agile methodologies.
