We are in search of a Club General Manager for our Kuwait Clubs. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring operational excellence in the club.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people.
- Operations and maintaining high scores through the quarterly Brand Standards Audits.
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices.
- Drive new member sales.
- Deliver member journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training, and Group Exercise Strategies.
- Recruit, develop, and coach team members.
- Drive retention strategy for the business.
- Manage Profit and Loss for the club to deliver key stakeholder returns.
- Degree in Sports Management/Sports Science Coaching and Sports Qualifications REPS L2 or L3.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and living the brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in the Kuwait market.
- Preferable to have a driving license.
- Transferable employment visa.
- Extensive fitness industry management experience is a prerequisite to apply!
