Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, configuration, and customization of ITOM processes, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping to ensure smooth functionality and alignment with best practices. Mentor and guide technical teams in ITOM best practices and implementation strategies. Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, delivering value-driven solutions that meet client objectives. Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Architect. Strong knowledge and confidence of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration). Expertise in IT operations, including monitoring, automation, and service modelling. Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
