Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- To report in writing for maintenance carry out.
- Provide support for network, security, server, UPS and mission critical systems.
- Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.
- Minimally 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server, UPS and mission critical systems with a stringent SLA of 99.9%.
- Customer orientated with high level of service attitude.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Able to understand the system and architecture diagrams.
- Able to understand the user operation environment.
- Experience in product support, such as CCTV, hardware as well as software troubleshooting.
- Experience in providing remote support service when required.
