We are seeking an experienced Data Management Development Lead to oversee the digital transformation and optimization of documentation and metadata. This role is crucial for ensuring data quality, seamless integration of systems, and fostering a culture of innovation. Job Title: Data Management Development Lead

  • Start Date: ASAP Negotiable, typically within 30 days notice period.
  • End Date: 31-DEC-2026
  • Location: DOHA ONSHORE
  • Monthly logistics allowance: Single
Key Responsibilities: HSE Compliance:
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
  • Enhance documentation quality to minimize HSE risks.
Data Management & Digital Transformation:
  • Manage and maintain metadata for Al Shaheen documentation to align with the TAG-centric vision.
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the advanced viewer (iView) used by client users.
  • Create and support standalone iView solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure integration of technical documents with key applications (e.g., SAP, 3D Models).
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to optimize project insights and decision-making.
System Development & Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with IS and planning teams to ensure high-quality metadata and efficient document management.
  • Drive the implementation of digital tools and automation, supporting structured data initiatives.
  • Support the development and synchronization of final documentation metadata with digital tools.
Project Coordination:
  • Oversee contracts, project planning, and progress tracking.
  • Validate invoices and manage deliverables within the MANASA/iView environment.
  • Develop strategies for quality assurance of documents and metadata produced by contractors.
Leadership:
  • Manage external contractor personnel supporting the role.
  • Foster collaboration among planning, cost control, and project management teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in document and data management within industrial project environments.
  • Expertise in project controls, structured data processes, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in P6, Power BI, SAP, and tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of EVM, KPI development, and engineering risk management.
Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with large-scale EPCIC projects and brownfield portfolios.
  • Experience in managing legacy documentation, technical upgrades, and digitalization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in team environments.
  • Fluent in English.
