Job Title: Project Manager

A highly motivated and ambitious project manager is required to lead high-profile construction projects in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and timeframes.
• Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Oversee on-site activities ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as project management.
• Proven experience as a project manager with a main contractor specializing in civil engineering and building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
