Job details

Job Purpose: As a Supplier Relation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities:

  • Issuing & validating purchase orders on the system
  • Establish and develop relationships with suppliers
  • Execution for shipping in accordance to IncoTerms 2010 and following up with custom clearance to release shipment.
  • Creating Purchase receipts on the system
  • Maintaining a record for suppliers history and updating the current records that will support in the grading.
  • Support sales with commercial projects where additional services/solutions and/or special commercial conditions from carriers/providers is required.
  • Monitor all opened LCs with suppliers.
  • Validate the LC logistics terms during any LCs Establishment.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience: 2 - 3 years in similar role
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Proficiency in Arabic
