Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic through on-page and off-page optimization.
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies and tools.
Manage social media accounts, developing engaging content and interacting with followers to build a loyal online community.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are highly preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within e-commerce, tech, or a startup, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in another language is a significant advantage for reaching diverse markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategies.
Proficient in digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to streamline campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive content and delivering impactful presentations.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, able to develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships across departments.
