Business Development Manager Telecom Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager in the telecommunications industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the strategic direction of our offerings within the telecom sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, market trends, and customer needs. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our solutions are meeting the demands of the market while also enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in project management and business strategy to design and implement effective business plans that align with our company's goals. A proven track record in managing complex negotiations, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering on commercial targets is essential. Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Strong understanding of the telecom industry in the UAE, proven business development skills, and the ability to forge strong client relationships.
  2. Drive revenue, identify market opportunities, and help position the company as a leader in the market.
  3. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the telecom sector across the country.
  4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom operators, enterprise clients, and government entities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  6. Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals.
  7. Strong presentation skills.
  8. Experience of bidding and submitting contracts and tenders.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (5 years) in Telecom business development, with a successful track record of achieving results.
