Feb 20, 2025, 8:59:00 PM Description About the role: The Technical Repair & Warranty Administrator is part of the QCAA Part-M and QCAA Part 145 Organisation. Key responsibilities:
  • Maintaining availability of rotable components.
  • Controlling and monitoring repair costs and advising replacements by initiating purchase of new parts.
  • Organising and ensuring warranty action and disposing warranty claims.
  • Ensure that all possible warranty action is undertaken in a timely fashion.
  • Reporting extended repair turnaround times and progressing overdue repairs.
  • Evaluating repair invoices, resolving outstanding issues and negotiating repair contracts.
  • Ensuring component modification orders by the engineering are fulfilled.
  • Ensure all modifications and service bulletins requested by the System Engineers are reflected on relevant repair orders.
  • Tracking of components during repair action and third party maintenance, investigating repair discrepancies.
Qualifications Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Experience:
  • 10 years in airline, vendor or MRO experience in materials, logistic, planning and disposing business transactions.
