Responsibilities Social Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focuses on community rehabilitation. List of responsibilities, but not limited to: Conduct needs assessment to develop suitable programmes, developing risk assessment and manage risks involved in programmes. Plan for, lead and facilitate programmes. Implement appropriate assessment tools to develop and evaluate group work outcomes. Develop and plan group processes and specialised intervention strategies. Facilitate, evaluate and review therapeutic group work sessions. Volunteer management and engagement. Facilitate, evaluate and review therapeutic group work sessions. Volunteer management Volunteer management and engagement. Sourcing for volunteer partners to value add to hostel programmes. Casework support Support case management, include preparing, and attending all necessary case-related appointments/meetings. Develop / maintain good working relationship with stakeholders, including parents and schools. Apply restorative practices including planning and facilitating a restorative circle and principles of trauma-informed care. Administrative Able to organize and upkeep documents. Able to keep to administrative timelines. Technical competencies Possess good engagement and facilitation skills. Possess good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies and community engagement. Possess strong communication and writing skills. Preferred Achievements Diploma in Social Sciences with prior experience of mentoring and working with youths. Prior experience in working with youth-at-risk would be an advantage.
