Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis across private equity, real estate, public markets, and alternative investments. Support the evaluation of potential opportunities, focusing on risk-return profiles, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Due Diligence & Deal Execution: Assist in the due diligence process, including financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of investment memos. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Track the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates on key metrics, including portfolio valuations, financial reporting, and risk assessments. Assist in preparing quarterly and annual performance reports.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the investment team, external advisors, and service providers (custodians, administrators, brokers) to ensure efficient operations and the successful implementation of investment strategies.
  • ESG & Sustainability Focus: Support the family office's commitment to sustainable and responsible investing by identifying and promoting ESG-compliant investment opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in optimizing investment processes, improving reporting efficiency, and minimizing operational risk.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; CFA/CAIA or progress towards these designations is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a related field.
  • Advanced level skills on Excel & financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with investment platforms such as Pitchbook, Bloomberg, or similar tools is advantageous.
