We are looking for a Product Owner (M1) to manage the AMOS application and lead technology projects from planning to delivery. You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining AMOS , overseeing project implementation, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Your expertise in project management, AMOS IT support, and technical consultancy will help drive the success of critical projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies . Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for AMOS and other engineering applications.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery , ensuring solutions are high-quality, robust, and meet business needs.
- Manage AMOS configurations , including interface setup, scheduler maintenance, and overall application administration.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure system scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work closely with business analysts and architects to capture requirements and define technical solutions.
- Oversee release management and implementation of updates to engineering applications.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed service levels and provide problem management support.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies , escalating when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support post-implementation activities, including lessons learned, project closure reports, and benefits realization .
- 9+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Technical Product Management & AMOS IT Support
- Strong expertise in Windows, Unix/Linux servers, and PostgreSQL databases
- Hands-on experience in server administration and networking
- Experienced in project management (waterfall & agile methodologies)
- PMP, PRINCE2 certification or equivalent is a plus
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment
