Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus. A friendly and professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
