Project Description:- We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP ReFX Consultant to join our team. This role will involve the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Flexible Real Estate (ReFX) solutions, primarily focusing on real estate management, lease accounting, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ReFX modules, providing both functional and technical support to ensure effective and efficient management of real estate portfolios and related processes for our clients.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP ReFX solutions based on client-specific business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring the SAP ReFX system is optimized for real estate, lease, and asset management processes.
- Provide expert-level consulting to clients on SAP ReFX best practices, including lease management, contract management, space management, and property management.
- Advise clients on optimizing their real estate portfolios and maximizing value through SAP ReFX features and functionalities.
- Configure and customize the SAP ReFX module to support key real estate management processes such as lease accounting (IFRS 16), tenant billing, space planning, and facility management.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PM) and third-party systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the SAP ReFX framework, working to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist clients in improving their real estate management lifecycle, ensuring maximum utilization of SAP ReFX's capabilities.
- Lead or assist in the testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure that all technical and business requirements are met, ensuring smooth system deployment.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate client adoption of SAP ReFX.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system, and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot user issues, and optimize system usage based on evolving business needs.
- Stay current on SAP updates and new features within SAP ReFX, advising clients on system enhancements or process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP ReFX or real estate management are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP ReFX modules, with a focus on real estate management, lease accounting, and asset management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ReFX configuration, including lease management, property management, and space management functionalities.
- Proficiency in integrating SAP ReFX with other SAP modules like FI/CO (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
- SAP certification in SAP Real Estate Management (ReFX) or other relevant SAP modules is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
