Guest Experience Expert (Arabic speaking)
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Experience Expert (Front Desk Agent) located in Doha, Qatar at Marriott Executive Apartments city center Doha. The Guest Experience Expert will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-notch customer support, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. - Preferably Arabic Speaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in multiple languages mainly Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
