Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor Job Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced site supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and laborers. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Report project progress and any significant issues to the project manager and other stakeholders.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of site activities, work completed, and resources used.
  4. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
  5. Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets the required standards.
  7. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry (minimum 1-3 years). - Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory). - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
