Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor Job Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced site supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and laborers. Key Responsibilities:
- Report project progress and any significant issues to the project manager and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, work completed, and resources used.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
