Job details
Responsibilities:
- General Administrations of Organizations network infrastructure
- Monitor the network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency etc)
- Support and deployment of IT projects related to network
- Configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure includes NG Firewalls, Routers, L3 & L2 Switches, WAF, Load Balancer etc
- Daily monitoring of the network connectivity including LAN/WAN/VPNs/MPLS etc
- Coordination/support with business partners and internal teams to complete IT projects related to network
- Vendor/service provider coordination
- Document all network standards and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT
- Overall 6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in network administration
- CCNA or equivalent certification is a must; NGFW certification is an advantage (Forcepoint, FortiGate, Juniper etc.)
- Expert knowledge in routing and switching (Cisco, IBM, Linksys, Aruba etc.)
- Cloud knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Exceptional customer service skills
