Job details

Responsibilities:

General Administrations of Organizations network infrastructure
Monitor the network security and connectivity
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency etc)
Support and deployment of IT projects related to network
Configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure includes NG Firewalls, Routers, L3 & L2 Switches, WAF, Load Balancer etc
Daily monitoring of the network connectivity including LAN/WAN/VPNs/MPLS etc
Coordination/support with business partners and internal teams to complete IT projects related to network
Vendor/service provider coordination
Document all network standards and procedures

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT
Overall 6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in network administration
CCNA or equivalent certification is a must; NGFW certification is an advantage (Forcepoint, FortiGate, Juniper etc.)
Expert knowledge in routing and switching (Cisco, IBM, Linksys, Aruba etc.)
Cloud knowledge is an advantage
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Exceptional customer service skills
