Position Overview: As the VP of Finance , you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future. Your responsibilities will include leading financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and working closely with senior leadership to align financial objectives with the overall business strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to make a significant impact in a growing healthcare organization. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Implement cost control measures and optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and financial standards.
Lead risk management initiatives, including financial planning and investment strategies.
Collaborate with senior executives to align financial planning with business objectives.
Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong background in strategic financial planning, risk management, and financial operations .
Proven ability to optimize financial processes and drive business growth.
Expertise in UAE financial regulations and healthcare industry standards.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
