About the job Property Manager (fluent Russian)

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our diverse real estate portfolio, which includes hotel properties, business centers, and residential complexes in Astana and Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a solid background in property management, and proficiency in English and Russian .

Property Portfolio:

Hotel Properties: Astana, Dubai
Business Centers: Astana, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all hotel operations with attention to quality and efficiency
Maintain detailed reports for each department
Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs
Negotiate terms with booking services and suppliers
Identify operational issues and implement solutions
Ensure proper technical maintenance and property operations

Business Centers:

Manage lease relationships and ensure tenant satisfaction
Develop strategic plans and budgets for property profitability
Oversee rent payments and ensure consistent cash flow
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports
Implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract tenants
Drive property commercialization efforts
Analyze and optimize operating expenses
Facilitate tenant rotation and brokerage activities
Draft and negotiate contracts with tenants and service providers
Represent the company in interactions with government and municipal authorities
Oversee the technical management of the property

Residential Properties:

Prepare and execute lease agreements with tenants
Manage tenant relationships and ensure satisfaction
Monitor rent payments and address discrepancies
Ensure proper technical maintenance and management of residential properties

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher
Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and communication skills

Specific Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a hotel manager

For Business Centers:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
Experience in managing tenant relationships
