Repair & Maintenance Coordinator - Hotel/Restaurant

Graduate with 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance/Admin Coordinator providing support in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:
  1. Answering department phones for initial R&M requests, directing requests to the appropriate vendor, and following up.
  2. Maintaining all documents, records, and logs daily including ticket/vendor follow-ups.
  3. Assisting in invoice tracking and approvals.
  4. Preparing Excel sheets for R&M cost analysis and reports to R&M manager on a weekly basis.
Excellent communication and PC skills are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
