Job details
Plans, organizes, administers, tracks, and reports on different programs and learning initiatives. Take ownership of logistics planning and coordination for learning programs. Administer and manage various tools that are used across our learning programs, including our learning management system. Organize various program supplies, including technology tools, managing invitation lists, and feedback forms. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Qualifications: Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Familiarity with learning management platforms is a plus. Additional Information: UAE Nationals Only.
