Job details

Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or related field)Certificate in computer networks, CCNA, CCNP, and MCSE-with ExchangeMinimum of five years of recent previous experience in computer networks working with CISCO routers, firewalls, and switches (design, installation, and support).Minimum of five years of recent previous experience in Microsoft environment working with MS Windows Server - up to 2003, Active Directory, and MS Exchange - up to 2003 (design, implementation, and support).Minimum of three years experience working with Juniper or equivalent Network Management (design, implementation, and support).Minimum of three years experience in network-based security - Symantec, CA, or McAfee (design, implementation, and support) is a bonus.Minimum of three years experience in data backup and recovery (RAID, Clustered).Good knowledge and working experience with Network Attached Storage configuration is a bonus.Ability to work under pressure (sometimes extreme) and meet tight and often unrealistic deadlines.High standard and attention to detail in project implementation.Excellent report writing skills.Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Job Specification Be prepared to travel (Major Saudi Cities) and work outside hours.Will be involved in MS Server commercial installation and projects from start to finish.Design, installation, configuration, integration, and testing of MS Exchange Server.Design, installation, configuration, and testing of CISCO switches, routers, and firewalls.Design, installation, configuration, and testing of Juniper network management.Design, installation, configuration, and testing of Network Security systems (Symantec, McAfee).Conduct onsite user and administrative training to customers on the operation of installed equipment and software.Design, installation, configuration, and testing of backup and recovery systems (RAID and Clusters).Troubleshooting of IP above-mentioned systems equipment.Provide support to our Helpdesk by troubleshooting videoconferencing and A/V equipment and network issues through to resolution.Take part in customer site surveys and provide sales engineering support.Prepare detailed installation documents and troubleshooting reports.
