About the Role The Rostering Services Administrator supports the optimisation of staff scheduling functions with a strong focus on cost effective staff scheduling and resource planning, while remaining cognisant of staff wellbeing and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of master rosters to ensure field team members meet service delivery requirementsUndertake daily time-in-attendance checks that align to operational activities and apply relevant allowance applicationsProactively identifies and resolves resourcing and rostering issues or is able to address the issues under guidance To be successful, you will need: Prior experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning (24/7 non-emergency patient transport services preferred)An understanding of Enterprise Agreements and/or Modern AwardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and rostering programs, preferably Emplive and WorkforceSatisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
