Key Responsibilities As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will take ownership of the following:Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across the APAC region Present financial analyses and business insights to regional leadership teams and global finance counterparts. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance data accuracy. Conduct financial evaluations for regional projects, investments, and new business opportunities. Provide recommendations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial viability. Develop and manage accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans aligned with regional and global business objectives. Analyse financial performance against forecasts, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with GM APAC to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Act as a financial advisor, interpreting data to support operational efficiency and profitability improvements. Your Profile To excel in this role, you’ll bring the following qualifications and attributes:5-7 years of experience in finance accounting or related field Hands-on experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Proven ability to manage costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve profitability. Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives and provide actionable insights to drive growth. Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-making. Familiarity with APAC-specific regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
