Art Teacher

Job Summary:

• Expected salary: $1,800 - $2,800 per month

1. Awareness on children's well-being
2. Assess students’ performance & progress to ensure they are mastering skills on a regular basis
3. Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management
4. Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule
5. Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment
6. Provide feedback to relevant personnel about each student's progress
7. Show students how to properly use and care for materials, tools, and equipment
8. Manage the classroom, including maintaining good discipline among students
9. Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean

1. Applicant must have an art background, know how to draw, and use water painting, colored pencils, and oil pastels
2. Patience, tolerance, a good sense of humor, and reliability are essential
3. Team spirited and passionate about working with children (ages 3 to 14)
4. Cheerful, honest, with the ability to take initiative and lead in executing the vision of the studio
5. Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage a team
6. The applicant must be able to communicate in Mandarin
7. Teaching seminar will be provided
8. Fresh graduates from Fine Art/Illustration are welcome
9. Able to join immediately or on short notice
