About the role This full-time Customer Service role with ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor . You will be providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling enquiries, complaints and providing solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide a consistently high level of service
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and office productivity applications
- Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the company's success
