Key accountabilities: Provides specialist advice to stakeholders and senior management on the development and implementation of policies, strategic objectives and plans, budgets and procedures relevant to the function. Identifies and responds to new and emerging strategic issues impacting on the operating environment. Lead the resolution of operational issues and problems. Participates in strategic planning and contributes to strategic decision-making process. Required to interpret general policy framework to make decisions in the absence of definitive operational policies. Qualifications, skills and experience: 6+ years’ relevant experience in a senior management role. Post graduate qualifications in Governance and Risk Management and/or Governance Practice and Administration. Demonstrates a leadership style that develops and empowers staff with a focus on accountability, initiative, and service improvement. The successful candidate will be required to: Have full Australian working rights. Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working with Children Check. Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests. Have an Australian Drivers licence. Salary Range: $152,773.00 - $174,869.00 plus superannuation Location: We have offices located at each of our six resorts as well as in Mansfield and Lilydale. We will also consider fully remote working for the right candidate.
