Job Description
Responsibilities/Duties:
Primary Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales purposes.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Secondary Duties:
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay up to date with company policies, products, and promotions.
- Assist in training new call center agents if required.
- Work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
