Responsibilities/Duties:

Primary Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales purposes.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Secondary Duties:

  • Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, products, and promotions.
  • Assist in training new call center agents if required.
  • Work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
