Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with leaders to support employee engagement and performance
  • Provide coaching and advice on people practices, including performance management, leadership development, and change initiatives
  • Analyse people data to identify trends and advise on organisational implications
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, managing risk appropriately
  • Promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives across the organisation
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of five years' HR generalist experience at a business partnership level
  • Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and a current, full NZ drivers licence
