- Provide coaching and advice on people practices, including performance management, leadership development, and change initiatives
- Analyse people data to identify trends and advise on organisational implications
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, managing risk appropriately
- Promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives across the organisation
- Minimum of five years' HR generalist experience at a business partnership level
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and a current, full NZ drivers licence
