Job details
- The Sales Engineer is responsible in expanding the Engineering Works, Project Management and Property Management Product Mix of the company.
- The SE is also responsible in creating the costing of the project.
- The SE will also prepare the rates and proposal for submission to existing and potential client.
- The SE will conduct the product presentation to potential clients.
- He/She must coordinate with the Sales Manager on potential projects and ongoing projects.
- He/She will attend bidding.
- Negotiate sales: Closing of sales
- Sales activities: Prospecting, Cold Calling and Product Presentation.
- Must be an Engineering Graduate (Licensed Civil Engineer is Preferred)
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Experience in the Construction industry or other related fields.
- Must be self-starter dedicated to works and a good team player.
- At least two (2) years experience in Construction Business
- Must be fluent in the dialect of Cebu
- Open to work in Cebu
