Position: Training Officer
Location: Pasay City
Schedule & Job Type: Monday to Saturday, Full-time, Permanent, Urgent hiring
Salary: PHP 30,000
Major Responsibilities:
Assists in the end-to-end learning and training process, including needs assessment, program/course development, delivery, and evaluation.
Acts as a Resource Speaker/Facilitator for designated courses/programs.
Oversees employee engagement programs and company events.
Tasks:
Conducts onboarding programs.
Prepares and implements the training calendar and budget.
Conducts and monitors training and development assessments.
Designs and develops training programs to resolve core, leadership, and technical competency gaps, focusing on competency-building and learning modules in coordination with various departments.
Develops training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, e-learning videos, job aids, handouts, and pre-/post-course work.
Revises existing training programs as needed.
Coordinates with third-party training providers for external training and employee participation.
Collaborates with external speakers for seminars and training needs.
Performs other related tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Degree holder in Human Resources or a related course.
At least 3 years of experience as an HR and Training Development Officer or in a similar role.
Preferred: Female, aged 25 to 35.
Must be willing to report for an onsite interview, reside near Pasay, and start immediately.
