- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, new markets, and revenue streams.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or similar role (at least 7 years related relevant experience)
- Team player with the ability to work within integrated, multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team/project/client goals
- Acts as role model for business development and lead generation.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.
