Merchant Banking Deal Origination

About the Company - Edelweiss Responsibilities -

• Deal Origination: Ability to set up meetings in Listed Equity / Debt space through existing network of the candidate with the objective of sourcing deals
• Manage client relationships: Maintain existing relationships and build on new relationships through leads generated. Address client inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, evaluate industry trends, and assess competitive landscape.
• Deal Execution: Ability to execute financial models, valuation analysis, due diligence, drafting presentation materials such as pitch decks and IMs.
• Transaction Support: Carry out end to end process in various aspects of transactions, including structuring deals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance of offer documents with applicable regulations which would include coordinating with compliance teams to address any regulatory issues
