Job Title: Domestic Recruiter Job Location: Madhapur -Hyderabad TN Job Duration: Full time Level of Experience: 2-5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Domestic Recruiter to join our team. The Domestic Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can build strong relationships with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the domestic talent market and be able to effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates for open roles. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Job Posting & Advertising : Write compelling job descriptions and post job ads across multiple platforms to attract the best talent. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and an organized recruitment process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Offer Negotiation: Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates and assist in salary negotiations if required. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards. Maintain records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a domestic market. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and more. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple openings at once. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Key Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Active listening and ability to assess candidates effectively. Time management and organizational skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
