The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Pharma, Medical Devices, and Allied industries, building strategic partnership s with key healthcare organisations to expand our client base and position Medvarsity as the leading provider of medical education and training solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire large enterprise clients in the pharma and medical equipment industries
  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in pharma companies, and other Healthcare organizations .
  • Explore and close strategic partnerships to drive Medvarsity’s presence in the healthcare sector.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
  • Lead end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Drive sales for corporate training, certification programs, and upskilling solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Expand Medvarsity’s footprint in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector through customized B2B solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop scalable sales strategies .
Team Leadership & Execution:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team .
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.
  • Drive sales training, KPI tracking, and performance management of the team.
Relationship Management & Negotiation:
  • Engage with C-level executives, sales heads, and decision-makers in pharma and healthcare companies.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts and strategic partnerships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business and referrals.
Key Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical equipment sales, or healthcare business development .
  • Strong industry connections with pharma companies, hospitals, medical Equipment companies, and healthcare institutions .
  • Proven track record of B2B sales, revenue generation, and account management .
  • Experience in launching new products, brand building, and strategic partnerships .
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and corporate sales strategies is a plus.
