Job Description
About Us: Special Education has grown significantly in our country, raising both awareness and need. Since 2017, CIPPO has taken on this responsibility, expanding our reach to more families and building a community of passionate practitioners. Our team includes experienced professionals and paraprofessionals, all committed to changing the world one child at a time. Role Overview: As an Educational Inclusion Practitioner (EIP), you will serve as the vital link between neurodivergent children and their caregivers within the mainstream school environment. Rather than inviting children to after-school sessions, you will work on-site in schools to implement and practice their developmental plans. What to Expect:- Individual Focus: Work closely with one neurodivergent child.
- On-Site Support: Accompany the child to their mainstream school, addressing psychosocial and academic needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with the CIPPO team, parents, and school staff to foster an inclusive environment.
- Developmental Monitoring: Ensure the child is following and progressing through the intervention plan developed by the CIPPO team.
- Continuous Training: Access to training and workshops to enhance your knowledge in special education.
- Sponsored Certificates: Opportunities to earn certificates from renowned child psychology institutes outside Egypt.
- Financial Support: Transportation allowance and social insurance. Also, you can join our Out-of-School Inclusion program team to conduct sessions outside schools with extra income.
- Career Advancement: Potential for promotion and the chance to take on varied roles as CIPPO expands its services.
