Title: Delphi Developer Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Noida Educational Background : Bachelor'/Masters/Professional Degree Key Responsibilities : • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Delphi. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications. • Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met. • Analyze system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs. • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members. • Estimate the time required to complete development tasks and report progress to project manager. • Help mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Skills Required: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience working in an Agile development environment. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Experience with SQL Server is a plus.
