• Proven experience in video production, editing, and graphic design, with a stellar portfolio to showcase your work
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms, especially YouTube and social media
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics work, particularly in explaining complex topics
• Experience in creating animated content for social media and video platforms
• Understanding of animation principles and their application in digital storytelling
