Project Role: AIML Engineer Work Experience: 4 to 7 Years Work location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Must Have Skills: Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Deep learning Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and work directly with pharmaceutical/life sciences institutions to identify and address business needs with Generative AI applications.
  • Design and conduct experiments, research new algorithms, and innovate to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Develop, implement, and refine advanced Generative AI models to solve complex, novel problems.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to build and deploy scalable AI solutions.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes to showcase the potential of Generative AI technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning, applying them to practical scenarios.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Present and explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders in customer-facing roles.
  • Apply consulting principles to deliver tailored AI solutions that meet specific client needs.
Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI models and algorithms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, GraphRAG, AutoGen, and various vector/graph databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Neo4j).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and deploying machine learning models at scale, including Azure OpenAI Services.
  • Deep understanding of standard machine learning techniques and cutting-edge Generative AI technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong consulting skills to understand and solve client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in contract research organizations (CRO) or similar life-science organizations is a plus.
Educational Qualification: Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science or a related field.
