Designation- Sr. Manager BPS/SAG Years Of Exp- 10+ years Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore Experience and Skills set requirements Graduation / MBA with sales and marketing major Selling and deal-making experience. Preferably in the outsourcing industry Has their own network that can be leveraged Comes with a go-getter mind-set and industry outlook with good articulation, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish Proven ability to portray the various aspects of services and products Ability to provide and develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions and also position our offerings against competitors Ability to communicate Writer’s technical / transformative capability within various services lines to customers Proven collaborative skills working across various service lines, marketing teams, practice leaders etc Roles and Responsibilities Execute strategic plans to achieve profitable sales targets and higher-value deals Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs Effectively articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals Pre-empting any issues within an account due to market conditions or changes in client leadership Working closely with customers and operations team, ensuring effective growth for each account as well us projects Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, gather market intelligence, and map out the competitive landscape.
