Designation- Sr. Manager BPS/SAG Years Of Exp- 10+ years Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore Experience and Skills set requirements  Graduation / MBA with sales and marketing major  Selling and deal-making experience. Preferably in the outsourcing industry  Has their own network that can be leveraged  Comes with a go-getter mind-set and industry outlook with good articulation, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills  Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish  Proven ability to portray the various aspects of services and products  Ability to provide and develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions and also position our offerings against competitors  Ability to communicate Writer’s technical / transformative capability within various services lines to customers  Proven collaborative skills working across various service lines, marketing teams, practice leaders etc Roles and Responsibilities  Execute strategic plans to achieve profitable sales targets and higher-value deals  Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals  Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs  Effectively articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals  Pre-empting any issues within an account due to market conditions or changes in client leadership  Working closely with customers and operations team, ensuring effective growth for each account as well us projects  Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, gather market intelligence, and map out the competitive landscape.
