Job Summary: As a Training Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques of the sales team. Your role ensures that sales consultants are well-equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Training & Development Design and conduct training programs for the sales team on LUXURY cars, features and competitive advantages. Train sales consultants on customer handling, luxury brand experience and effective sales techniques. Develop role-play scenarios and case studies to enhance real-world selling skills. Provide coaching and mentorship to improve individual and team performance. 2. Product & Market Knowledge Ensure sales consultants stay updated on the latest LUXURY models, specifications, and technological advancements. Conduct product comparison training against competitors to highlight LUXURY's unique selling points. Organize product experience sessions, including test drives, for hands-on learning. 3. Customer Experience & Engagement Train sales staff on handling High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and luxury car buyers. Develop training modules on personalized customer interactions and relationship building. Implement best practices in showroom etiquette, customer service, and after-sales follow-up. 4. Training Program Development Identify training needs based on performance analysis and feedback from sales leaders. Create structured training schedules, including on boarding programs for new hires. Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations. 5. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with sales managers and leadership to align training with business goals. Provide regular reports on training impact, staff performance improvements, and skill gaps. Coordinate with LUXURY India’s corporate training team for certifications and advanced training programs. Key Skills & Competencies: ✔ Strong knowledge of luxury car sales. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Experience in sales training, coaching, and mentoring. ✔ Ability to analyze performance metrics and customize training accordingly. ✔ Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of HNI client expectations. ✔ Leadership and motivational skills to drive team success. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in automotive sales training, luxury sales or customer service training. Familiarity with luxury brand values, technology, and competitive landscape.
